Questions
- Who pays?
- The team owner pays for everyone on the team, including themselves. Team members never pay, and joining a team is free.
- What counts as a member?
- Every person on the team, whatever their role. Pending invitations, NPCs and AI agents are not members and cost nothing.
- How does the free trial work?
- New teams try Nocville free for 7 days with up to 5 members. A card is required to start. When the trial ends, the subscription starts automatically unless you cancel first. You can start the paid plan early to add more people.
- What happens when people join or leave?
- Your bill follows your team size. Changes are prorated for the rest of the month. Owners can set a member limit so a shared invite link can never add more people than expected, and can remove members at any time.
- How do I cancel?
- From team settings, choose Manage billing. Your office stays open until the end of the period you have paid for, then pauses along with its NPCs. Your data is kept, and renewing reopens everything.
